Healthy Futures Program
At this visit you will be seen by one of our Registered Nurses where we will discuss your child’s nutrition and lifestyle, measure their height and weight, evaluate their developmental milestones, check their blood pressure and review their immunizations. Referral to Registered Dietitian can be requested if you have concerns or questions about your child’s eating.
