Greenbelt Family Health Team is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care through a collaborative, team-based approach. Our goal is to ensure timely, high-quality health services for individuals and families in Barrhaven and the surrounding communities.
We are not accepting new patients at this time. You can try registering with Health Care Connect (HCC) if you’re in need of a provider.
Masks are required in the clinic if you have any respiratory symptoms (e.g. sore throat, cough).
